I recommend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodloversbritain.com\/organisations\/organisation-955.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Food Lovers' Britain: Say Cheese profile\">Say Cheese<\/a>, a specialist cheese shop based in East Sussex run by David and Eleanor Robins. David is an international cheese judge, and what he doesn&#8217;t know about cheese isn&#8217;t worth knowing.<br \/>\nOne of the cheeses that David and Eleanor stock is Tornegus, an absolutely superb wine-washed semi-soft white cheese with a distinctive smooth taste and texture. It&#8217;s heaven on a cracker. What I didn&#8217;t know is that it&#8217;s maker, James Aldridge, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gfw.co.uk\/newsarchive\/vol0302\/newboundaldridge.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Guild of Food Writers obituary\">died earlier this year<\/a>. I hope that his creation will continue to be made &#8211; surely no better epitaph could exist.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ok. Time for some food links.
