{"id":4920,"date":"2004-03-22T09:14:01","date_gmt":"2004-03-22T08:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grayblog.co.uk\/?p=4920"},"modified":"2004-03-22T09:14:01","modified_gmt":"2004-03-22T08:14:01","slug":"day-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/grayblog.co.uk\/index.php\/2004\/03\/22\/day-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Day out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, we stirred ourselves early in the day in order to go for a walk at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bedgeburypinetum.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"home of the national collection of conifers, don't you know\">Bedgebury Pinetum<\/a>, followed by lunch at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oakandivy.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"mmmmmm... ham, egg and chips!\">Oak and Ivy<\/a>. In the afternoon, we explored <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitrye.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"the tide was out\">Rye<\/a> before embarking on some windswept stone-throwing silliness on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.winchelseabeach.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"50\u00b054'N  0\u00b043'E, apparently\">Winchelsea Beach<\/a>, followed by a visit to my future brother-in-law and his family on the way home.<br \/>\nThe main thing is that we actually spent a day relaxing, just ambling about.
