I can see why some creatures hibernate now.<br \/>\nprospects are not good for getting a train home tonight &#8211; looks like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.connex.co.uk\">connex<\/a> are still not running any sort of service.<\/p>\n<p>there are still torrents of water pouring off the fields here, although we haven&#8217;t had any new rain since mid-morning. having surveyed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.croftway.co.uk\"> nursery<\/a>, damage seems to be limited to severe waterlogging, some flooding, two fallen trees and two damaged trees &#8211; a pretty low score really. instantly, some people are comparing it to the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/bristol\/102000\/12\/feature1\/great_storm.shtml\">Great Storm<\/a>&#8221; of 1987.
