For the first time, I&#8217;ll be flying through the rather excessively named <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kentinternationalairport.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Kent International\">Kent International Airport<\/a> &#8211; what was once RAF Manston &#8211; using the services of the very small but very cheap <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eujet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"EU Jet\">EU Jet<\/a>. Which will be, um, fun. I like the way that the car park is only a fiver a day, is just 100 yards from the terminal and that there appear to be only four check-in desks.<br \/>\nAnyone else done this route? What were your experiences?<\/p>\n<p>And, to top it off, I&#8217;ll be staying in a floating hotel &#8211; the Amstel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tripadvisor.com\/Hotel_Review-g188590-d236040-Reviews-Amstel_Botel-Amsterdam_Noord_Holland.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Botel on TripAdvisor\">Botel<\/a> &#8211; geddit?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just made my flight booking for my next trip to the Netherlands &#8211; a (literally) flying visit to a trade show in Amsterdam.
