Brighton and Hove Albion go top of Division 2 after beating Stoke City 1-0. Top? Already? What’s that about? Premiership football at the Withdean? hmm.

TFF – 31 points this week, taking me to 123.
AFF – I’m not even going to talk about it.

Tomorrow, the nursery is going to be inspected by Andrew, the Man From The Ministry, in order to be sure that we are not spreading horrid plant pests and diseases around Britain and Europe. Well, I say Man From The Ministry – he is, of course, now Man From The Department, which, to be honest, just doesn’t have the same ring to it. And yes, he does have a white coat and clipboard.

Everyone at college (i.e. the other students) wants me to come up with a “marketing corner” for this site, with handy links to marketing-related websites, handy news sources, and other stuff. When I get a bit of free time, I’ll see what I can put together.
Also, I haven’t forgotten the skins project – I’ll do that when I have some time too. (For those that do not know, the skins project will allow users to choose their preferred “paintscheme” for this site from a set of options I provide – I am fairly confident that I can do it, I just need to dedicate a bit of time to it.)

So it isn’t just me then.

One of the good things about having a weblog is that some days you get breezy cheery messages from complete strangers, thousands of miles away. Today has been one of those days. This is A Good Thing.
Incidentally, when did it become de rigeur to capitalize “A Good Thing”?

Bizarrely, I’m getting loads of referrals from the about page at ickle.org, even though I haven’t contributed anything in ages. Maybe I should?

College last night included a controversial debate on the motivators behind the US terrorist attacks. It is certainly an interesting time to be studying international marketing.
