Brooklyn-based indie rock band, playing something that I would classify as neither indie nor rock – something like a cross between an upbeat James Yorkston and the Athletes infused with some early 70s prog rock. No really. Very good indeed and the highlight of tonight's Jools Live (aside from Booker T, natch).

Grizzly Bear are good, picked up their first album when it came out and had planned on seeing them in Glasgow then some twat nicked some of their guitars and they cancelled the whole tour!

Also try Department of Eagles – Dan Rossen and Fred Nicholas plus nearly all of Grizzly Bear. Better than GB in my humble. If you want to borrow GHS I have the lot.
