still grinning!

The waiting was not futile.
I’m wearing an enormous grin.

I’m going to outlaw mobile phone answering services. If you have a mobile phone, it should be switched on at all times, and you should answer it. End of story.
Gah. Back to the waiting, which I suspect will ultimately be futile.

I’m not stressed. No, I’m not.

And I plan to end The Silence Of The Telephone at 7pm today. Keep your fingers crossed.

It’s my mum’s birthday today, so buns and doughnuts all round.

Sneaky swift beer last night with Paul F and Peter Pan (a.k.a. Aris), joined by Simone, Leah, Tina and Sal. Viewed Sal’s pictures from the ball – looks good, but I’m still disappointed that nothing scandalous took place.

For the umpteenth night in recent times, I’ve only just got in from work. This weekend should hopefully see the reward for all this effort. I think I deserve to be rewarded handsomely, and the weather forecast suggests that the omens are good.
