Marj has tried explaining to the kids at school how we didn’t have computers when we were young. It is totally beyond their comprehension.
We recently purchased the Roger Hargreaves classic "Mr Tickle" for Tom, which makes reference to a teacher writing on a blackboard. Tom takes this in his stride (as he has a small blackboard on an easel and a selection of chalks), but I doubt he will ever see a blackboard in a classroom during his school career.
