I’m having a real problem with sleep lately. My sleep patterns are all wrong, and it is starting to get in the way of everyday life. I feel incredibly tired during the day and evening, often dozing off on the sofa when I get home from work. I’ve been going to bed reasonably early most nights, and then waking up at absurd o’clock in the morning. Then, when it comes to the actual time I need to get up and tackle the day, it is an incredibly tough struggle to get out from under EvilDuvet II and progress to the bathroom and beyond.
I need a holiday.
