Well, the weather forecast was crap – a dismal day was predicted, and at the moment we have blue sky, white fluffy clouds and warm sunshine. The forecast will not have helped our business at the nursery this weekend, as it is our "picnic weekend" when we invite customers to visit the nursery, see our field full of Iris plants and have a picnic on the lawns – an event that is, as I am sure you’ll understand, somewhat weather dependent.
Can’t imagine that the Meteorological Office will compensate us.
