Not impressed so far with the providers of the wireless broadband service that is being launched around the area of work and through the so-called Six Villages area. Sending potential subscribers to web pages with dead links, and then not returning my call when I telephone for the missing information, does not create a very positive impression of a tech- and service-oriented organisation. Let’s see if they put it right tomorrow.
Unfortunately, as is often the case with these things, there is no choice but work with this company.
Thankfully, I decided to put off signing up to a 12-month contract with BTOpenworld to provide dialup access for PFE until today, so read the email about wireless broadband before I got into another contract I couldn’t get out of.
