Better response from the broadband people this morning. Apparently the service has not yet been rolled out, although they are committed to installing it. The local community broadband project seem to have jumped the gun by promoting the availability of the service before it is actually available.
And to correct an earlier statement, the broken links were not in the provider’s pages, but in the community project’s pages.
At least I now feel that my BT Business Highway box is less of a waste.
